Do your adventure tours include specific marathon training schedules and running coaches?
Running-focused adventure enquiries are welcome. Tell us your experience, the kind of terrain you enjoy and whether you have an event in mind. A specific training schedule or qualified coach would need to be agreed as part of the individual trip proposal, rather than assumed for every departure.
What running distances and terrain types are available across your adventure tours?
Different people want very different challenges. Some enjoy relaxed runs and plenty of stops; others want steep trails and longer distances. We can discuss route and terrain preferences, but actual daily distances and available support are confirmed for a particular itinerary.
Can you customize adventure tours for different running ability levels and marathon goals?
Yes, you can tell us your current ability and running goals when you enquire. We can use that context when discussing a suitable adventure. Specialist coaching or event preparation would only be included if confirmed in your proposal.
Do your running adventure tours provide proper sports nutrition and recovery support?
Food, hydration and recovery arrangements matter, especially on physically demanding trips. What can be provided depends on the location, accommodation and agreed itinerary. Please raise any dietary or recovery needs early so they can be considered before anything is booked.
What safety measures are in place for running portions of your adventure tours?
Safety provisions depend on the activity, route and destination. Before confirming a trip, we’d need to establish the relevant local arrangements, appropriate guides or providers, contingency plans and any special requirements. We won’t assume that equipment such as GPS trackers or medical support is included unless it is specifically confirmed.
